CAn't give Mi-an time capsule

On the quest with the mysterious box, I can't actually give it to her. It tells me to give her a gift, but it won't let me give her the time capsule I made

Oh NO! Please be safe. Thank you for the reply. I see the blue question mark over her head, but they won't start the scene that has her take the capsule. Instead it tells me now gift her something but doesn't specify what to gift. She wont tkae the cappsule and I have no idea what gift to give her. Google isn't helping either. Must be a unique problem I am having lol

Just give her anything. It don't really matter. I would suggest giving a opal if you have that or quartz. Something basic.

You have to give her something to be put into the time capsule.

I've done multiple runs on this quest in different saves, and for the gift, I always chose something that was more advanced than what Hicks put in his capsule, like Condensed Power Stones or even an iron pickaxe, lol ^_^
