What I think about the game "My time at Evershine"

I'm a little surprised that Pathea is making another installment in the game series. I also see that they are going in the same direction as Marvelous (the creators of the game), that they are also creating further parts of the "Story of Seasons" game. It's cool that they're making a sequel to the game, but I have to approach it with caution. Knowing "Portia" and "Sandrock" it's likely "Evershine" will do the same. Unbalanced combat, absurd actions and a wasted finale. If I am going to buy this game, I can:
1. Watch all content – ​​what's in the game, whether I like it or not, but otherwise I risk wasting all the satisfaction of discovering the game.
2. Buy this game right away - I'll have the satisfaction of discovering the game, but I probably won't like the elements included in "Sandrock."

I'm curious about your opinion, what do you think about it?

I'm not remotely surprised to see a 3rd My Time game, considering the success of the other two. I'm already saving up for the Kickstarter. Looking forward to another phenomenal story!

I will be there on Kickstarter. I enjoy the My Time series a TON. Ignoring the story, I just get lost in the rest of it. I do love how the games have tied together in national news, etc.

Why are you even here? You have pretty much hated the game series and have voiced your opinions in an absurd way. If you do not like the series you can:

A) Don't play it.

Because you have already made your mind up that the game is going to be rubbish as far as you are concerned because it doesn't have the elements that you want. How can you form an opinion about a game that hasn't even started development as yet? With the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and moaning you have done about this game, I'm surprised you are even still playing it or looking at the next in the series. They bought the game and can say whatever they want about it. You're a zealot and one of the reasons the steam forums are such ♥♥♥♥. It's important for people to see and hear both sides.

As to the topic. I like the games and will probably buy it after the first couple weeks after release. To see what all bugs need to be ironed out.

I think it's fair to say we're tired of overly ambitious games biting off more than they can chew and then inevitably being abandoned before they can receive enough polish through updates.

Evershine has potential to be a great game PROVIDED Pathea did a good post-mortem of Sandrock and took our feedback to heart.

The game's scope and focus, story length, the ratio of number of NPC compared to their content - these are all areas they will need to improve on.

Pathea have repeatedly said this is planned to be a series of many games. Any surprise at a third game only shows the OP haven't paid any attention. At all. That doesn't lend much weight to their opinion.

How have they bought the game when it hasn't even been made yet? Are you their 2nd Account?

Look at their previous forum posts and you will see why people comment towards them the way that they do.

Topic 1 - I don't like the combat system, it should be more like Skyrim. Gets ripped by everybody stating it's a cozy feel relaxing game.

Starts a new Topic 2 a week later stating exactly the same thing because Topic 1 didn't go the way they wanted it to and gets the same response.

All the while he's insulting players who respond.

New game gets announced and he posts another Topic with the same rubbish in it!!

Oh and he hasn't just done it here, he's done it on other Forums like Sunnyside and Palia! He's an ever present troll. If he wants a game that has Skyrim style combat, just play Skyrim!!

Because even this discussion is controversial? As you can see, yes! I try to be a nice player, but I'll end up reporting you for your hate.

I know, Chris is picking on you. But from what he said, if you don't like the first two, why would you even be looking at the 3rd? It can be assumed they are not going to make drastic changes to combat. It will never be what you want out of a game. If that doesn't suit you, that is OK, there are other games out there.
