Is it possible to find a sparkly monster in a hazardous ruin (dungeon)?

I've never seen one, but I've been wondering if it's possible at all to get a sparkly Starby or a sparkly Sandpony. I caught the OG versions but I would like one with an extra ability.

Each type has a specific spawn location topside that takes a certain amount of in-game days to respawn after the one there is captured or killed, plus the normal ones in other locations also have a random chance to spawn as sparkling versions, but I've never found a sparkling one of any type in a hazardous ruin.

Edit: Oh, to answer regarding sparkling starby and sandpony: the set spawn locations for both of those are the fringes of the Dead Sea area. The starby is on the northern edge off by itself. The sandpony is along the southern edge of the area.
