It seems I broke the quest

After beating the game, I decided to do some side quests for fun. I remembered the Iron Chef Free Cities quest. The thing is that I seem to have sold all of the Seesai Pepper Blend (although I don't remember where they went). Later I found out that it was a quest for 3 days, but it still exists indefinitely. What should I do? xD
