Am I remembering right or are they eels?
I had the name slightly wrong when I said wolf snake king. I is actually called wolf eel king. There is wolf eel, large wolf eel and wolf eel king, none of them can be donated to the museum. Do you still need screenshots or is the wolf eel king supposed to be in the game?

There is an upper limit on the number of fish that can be spawned in the pool at the same time, when players reach the upper limit, fish won't be spawned anymore until number decreased
