i want to know the answer to this too. i have 1 baby boy and i'd like my 2nd baby to be a boy too. i saved before asking my spouse for a 2nd child but i keep getting a girl for my 2nd baby every time at it is always a girl no matter how many times i reload the game and try again

Isn't there anybody that can answer this question? This game has been out for a while now and not 1 single person to answer this question? I can't believe that there are no YouTube videos on this subject and I can't believe that there aren't any player or YouTube streamers that can answer this question

Well, nobody can really tell you if nobody has had two babies of the same gender, for example, I do not know if anybody has because I have not watched everybodys games.

i have one kid with owen and was a boy ,then i got marry to Logan and got another boy... i dunno with the same father lol.

You can adopt two extra boys via Logan and Catori. But yeah I think the gender is set up to give you a girl then a boy.

That has been the same pattern for two of my saves.

You should be able to choose the gender of your child and you should be able to have both of your children be the same gender. In real life when me and my wife decided to have our first baby we decided that neither one of us wanted to raise a baby boy, we had zero interest in having a baby boy! When our first baby was born it just happened to be a boy so we immediately gave it up for adoption, we had so little interest in having a boy that we even chose to name it Boy for both his first and last name! After that my wife gave birth to three baby girls and each of them are roughly one year apart in age
