Where do I buy a cowboy hat?

This game is great and I love it, but from all the clothes and hats I still can't find the cowboy hat on this basically cowboy themed game.

There is a deputy hat that looks like a cowboy hat, you need to make one for a quest and get the recipe then, if that's any help?

Western wear is a great idea for some DLC - cowboy hats, fringe jackets, chaps, western boots...just saying. Oh, and I'd also like an outfit like Luna's

A bit later on you will get another deputy hat commission with a different design, you can make one for yourself and wear it. It's actually pretty nice.
