Sandrunning is soooooo BAD!!

I'm tired of taking my playdates to the sandrunning and not being able to complete it because you have absolutely NO control over where your sled is going! It's absolutely ridiculous! It not only costs 4 social energy but also time of the day just to get stuck or go the complete opposite way... The only reason I take them there it's because it's worth 10 points but almost half the time is just wasted and frustrating!! I feel like they just made this activity and never actually tested it. A simple "unstuck" button would solve everything....

I don't know what your problem may be. I come in first every time. I came in 2nd or 3rd the first couple of times. Now I win every time since. Just don't over steer.

Repeatedly tap your steering buttons. Don't hold them down making you over steer.

Yep, I've tried that, it doesn't work. I gave up on Sandrunning as a date spot after I hit a rock, spun around and sledded all the back UP the course with zero control. Logan was...unimpressed, lol.

Yeah during the competition is easy. But I'm talking about playdates. you have no control on what the sled will do. I've tried holding, tapping and even letting the sled go by itself. Trust me, it doesn't make a difference! but they said they're working on it and I hope it gets fixed soon =)

Same ! I use keyboard and mouse and always oversteer and get smacked and get stuck at rocks..

I think it`s bad because it doesn`t make sense. It`s like the opponents are cheating. I watched me and my competition running down the hill, I barely hit the acceleration plate and get the acceleration animation, my opponent doesn`t hit it and is still as fast as me. Like WTH? (Happened in the Tour the rock event, usually I dont sandrun)

The steering is very rough. Very subtle changes in player direction result in major changes of position on the track. The camera doesn't help much. Is there a way to slow down and do a hard steer?

I can't do it, because the person in front of me is spraying sand in my eyes.
