Does Qi propose?
Been dating Qi for a while now, and all the results I could find were 6+ months old, and no solid confirmation. Can anyone confirm whether he can actually propose or not, or whether I have to?

I married him a couple of months ago and he never proposed. I really doubt they changed it since then because this update was mostly adding pet stuff.
