Elsie relationship

Hi, I have a bit of questions. I have tried to chase Elsie so many times, bu it seems a dialog about dating does not show up at all unlike Amirah and other characters. Anyone know how can I let her open her heart to me, I am dying of her cutiness.

I gave Elise a heart knot when she was at 5 hearts and every time she refused it. Afyer I got Elise to 5 hearts I tried every day for 1 month and she refused it every time. On 1 day I reloaded the game over 50 times and she refused it every time. It didn't matter if I tried to give her a heart knot before going on a date, after going on a date or during a date

Omg! I am sorry to hear that, but I am sure that you just give me the clue to ask her for date. I will try it tonight, wish it works out though.

I hope that works for you. I haven't bothered with the dating system much recently, and it may have changed with the addition of all the romance missions and reverse confessions, but that's how the Heart Knot is supposed to work.

Heart Knot can be given to an eligible character with a high enough relationship level (Friend or higher). If the Heart Knot is accepted, the character becomes the player's boyfriend or girlfriend.

Heart Knot can be accepted or rejected. The higher the relationship level with a character, the higher the chance they will accept the player's confession.

ETA: I just tested this in one of my older saves and Elsie happily accepted the Heart Knot. She was still wearing her original outfit, so I don't think she has any restrictions other than relationship level.

I think you have to advance her story a bit more before she opens up; before then she's mostly flustered by the concept.

Just know its gonna be a while before you can... uhm... go further with Elsie. I'll tell you now she's a hoot and very attentive to home, kids, spouse and still has time for her own stuff.

I was stuck on this for a while as well. What worked for me was changing her outfit to the other long haired (pink) version. Her default might also work, but I didn’t try that one.
