Fishing bait not showing up?

So in a few all be it old post it says sandberry can be used as bait for Sandacuda above the Yakmel ranch but no matter what fishing hole i go to the option to use the Sandberry for bait never shows up?

i don't think its bait. Have you tried used dried sandberry instead?

It's been changed recently, now is sandrice for sandacudas. Every other bait is the same, afaik.
