CO-OP: two charakters possible?

Is there a way to have two characters for multiplayer? I would like to play the Co-Op with my husband, but since he doesn't have that much time and we want to experience the progress together, I would like to have a separate savegame/town where I can play Co-OP alone. Is that somehow possible?

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit zwei Charaktere für den Multiplayer zu haben? ich möchte den Co-Op einmal zusammen mit meinem Ehemann spielen, da er aber nicht soviel Zeit hat und wir den Fortschritt zusammen erleben wollen, würde ich gerne einen separaten Spielstand/eigene Stadt haben wo ich Co-OP alleine spielen kann. Ist das irgendwie möglich?

If your husband isn't on, you can still progress the town you've started. However, there is no extra slot like Single Player to allow for your own progression.

You can have another multi-player character, in another town, if you choose a different server region. You can play that town solo, if you want, if you are the host.

Thank you. i choose another server. Ping seems weird but atm i have no problems. :)
