How do I kill Bogan Jack?

I've tried pistol, rifle, mega weapons and fists. Nothing seems to affect him.

I use one of the later tiers sword and shield, have a high level character and have some outfit with damage reflect. That makes you completely overpowered and you can just hack and slash. Justice's store in the Civil Corps sells a lot of outfits and a few of them have damage reflect. That also works well in you want to battle Pen.

Use what kind of weapon you're the most specialized in and dodge roll when Bogan Jack tries to attack you.

It's not difficult. Any weapon will do. Just duck when he powers up his attack, then hit him. When he turns red, you know his attack is coming.
