Not sure if this is an oversight, or I just don't know were to find these guys. Specifically what I assume to be very late game. After starting the Catori World questline and the Valley of Whispers is free of monsters

This is from a Civil Corps bounty quest, unsure if it's possible to complete, if not I would hope it wouldn't be in the pool to be offered.

go over the bridge, near catori world that should be open now, you'll find all the mutants there, a couple of each sporn evey day, plus theres titanium and ceramic waste there too plus the trees from northern ruins
