Dosen't lock out of any quests but it makes one achievement missable.
Truth be told, I decided to let Miguel stay. Forgive him because he was being used, his grief is a sad one and how Matilda used him. Matilda is a horrible person, but I do think Miguel was definitely in the wrong too, but he deserves a second chance. (with a watchful eye) The rest don't though.
ETA: He is alone in there. For a while Rosie was with him, but she got out. Now it's just forever Miguel alone in the cell. The orange-eyed guy everyone is now now lusting over even took Pen away.
And yea, Avery is HOT.
Also... Aadit may have been a suspect, but the people who "leave" Sandrock are horrendous people.
I found his eyes fascinating - the color was amazing, otherwise I found the builder he was hanging out with during the final main mission much more appealing.
