If the bobble game was available, I would actually go to the game center on my own, and not just when forced to by the story.
I was so upset I couldn't play the bobble game too.
I'm even more upset that we build an ENTIRE PARK and do anything. I wanna race cars and ride the coaster. Even the little veggie teacup type ride looks more fun than anything the game center has. I never touch the stupid adventure chance game. It's pure garbage.
I wack moles for dates. However, 1/3 of the time a mole hole spawns on my partner's spot and they just stand there stuck... Not worth it to go for coins either. In Portia I could easily play darts or slots and get enough coins for any gifts for anyone (like the kids).
I have a low opinion of a lot of the decisions they made though compared to Portia. Doesn't stop me from enjoying the game though. It's still one of my top games/series. Perhaps that is why I am so critical of it.
At least parts of the theme park are coming in a future patch.
But it is weird the bubble game can't be played, not only since it works during the Day of Memories, but also since Elsie seems to be playing it in the mission where she takes you & Mi-an to the games centre.
I've seen other Sandrockers in the game center sitting at the bobble game too and I'm so jealous. They have it implemented for the holiday, just add it already!
I do know, based on Portia's post release, they add things (for free) to improve the game. In fact when I was done playing a couple full release runs, they already announced more voiced lines being added (like a year later if I recall). In Sandrock they've mentioned the park, the sandboarding, and a few other things in replies to posts here that seem promising. (Like doing something with the factory so it works.) I do have faith in the devs that they can improve things.
Again, still a game I can play for hours and hours despite certain things. I think there is just so much to do, and the story is good, so if I ignore little things in the game, I am still having fun.
