Magic mirror helper stuck

it seem the magic mirror is stuck with the task of petting animals but he never actually does it, it just wanders around. i have removed the task from his list, switched priorities of the tasks and have restarted the game, is there a way to reset him? or do i just need to wait for him to expire and never hire him again?

I think that's a bug, as mine does the same until I activated ALL the chips, all of a sudden mirror is petting animals, feeding them and collecting products.

Rosy is so broken. She barely picks stuff up off my machines too. I just sold all my coop animals and deleted the coops. Never bothered to buy a barn so my poor baby yak is still in a box.
If they fix it I may put them back, but it takes too much time right now.

Well, I was having a Rosy that didn't clean pens or pet animals. I got the final chip (Weather Forecast) and installed it and she started cleaning pens and petting animals. She just doesn't pickup items from my recyclers and dew collectors now. (Everything else is in my factory.)

It sounds like her prioritization code is borked, given the types of problems that she's having. I recommend doing bug reports with as much detail as possible; the more info they get about the behaviors she's displaying, the easier time they will have finding the code that needs to be fixed.

It's super helpful to include work arounds you've tried that didn't work, as well as those that did. So if you tried removing all her tasks and putting them back and that fixed her for a day, say that. If you removed and put back and nothing happened, same. And so on.

Is happening to enough people that I'm pretty confident they'll get it fixed, which we can help with by helping them find it. =)

Every morning. Quick save and then load the save. This will fix her for a day. Need to do this every day but it faster than remove and re add her rask.

im doing this trick right now, since its fast save and load im not worried about that till they fix this bug
