Express Tea Maker quest, no recipe

Have the quest for Quali-tea over Quanti-tea, also have all the parts to make it, but there's no recipe. I even upgraded my assembly station to level 2. Any suggestions?

Most recipes for asembly come after anight passes, have you tried that?

I just did it in my second playthrough. Upgraded my station and such which took a bit of time. It should be listed under OTHER? (not machines) and for some reason it's on the second page in the book in that section. Try checking there. I had trouble finding it in my first run and remembered after a few seconds on my new playthrough.

Edit: Second page as in turn the page in the book. You can see it in "all" but you probably have to flip more pages. - just wanted to clarify. I'm very tired.

Check your Assembly Station handbook again. You should have received the diagram as soon as you accepted the mission. Go through the handbook page by page if you have to.

Thank You!, You were correct, it doesn't show up on the "other" page, but it did when I went thru the individual pages.
