Ugh, I find the friendship hearts so obnoxious, I did in Portio also. It's so hard to tell how far you are to the next heart. I go DAYS with hearts that look completely full but just won't pop over to the next level no matter how high the gift level is for the NPC. Not fun!

You can play/hangout to give more gifts. Found out you can give the same type of gift, only when doing dates/playdates and no loss by giving away the same gift.

So I found away to do that faster by giving loved gifts.

I'm aware of all those, that's not the issue. The issue is the opaqueness of the amount of friendship needed to advance. A hover over tooltip with a numerical status would solve the problem. I have what appears to be a completely full heart but one successful playdate, one hug, three talk interactions, and two greater than 10 point loved gifts later and I'm still at the same spot visually with no bump into the next level.

I know HOW, I don't know how MUCH.

I'm also fed up with the game constantly trying to hide all meaningful stats and numbers. I also want to double check the bug where after a gift, the friendship increase doesn't pop up on the screen. I want to make sure it's just a visual bug and I'm not in fact wasting the gift for 0 points. I get this bug literally every single day, sometimes several times where someone comments like they love it (meaning it wasn't overused), but don't show a number.

I noticed that about not showing how many points I’ve got, I’ve given gifts before and it doesn’t show me any results if it worked or if it was a waste of my time and gift

Same here. Quite often it looks like i'm stuck at a certain number of hearts and it doesn't matter how many points I get, it never advance. In the end, I never know if I'm close or not to a relationship level up.
