So Heidi, Jane, Venti, and others don't get any cosmetics?
You're selling cosmetic packs, yet not everyone that you can romance is getting outfits? How does this make any sense? Heidi plays such an important part in the story and is just completely ignored, Jane doesn't show up till late game and that's a lame excuse for not supporting her, and Venti is literally a throw away character who's nose is the only thing that separates them from random NPCs that walk about town and show up in some cutscenes. There are also a lot of men that don't get any outfits. I don't care about them and yes, some of them are jokes that no one would ever romance, but they still deserve to have cosmetics too.

Weird, cause in my game both Heidi and Venti (possibly Jane, but I can't remember) have alternative outfits. I assume you've got their friendship up high? It only unlocks after a certain relationship point (couldn't tell you which i'm afraid).

Those are just a color swap. Everyone has one. I'm talking about the paid cosmetics.

I feel ya. Romancable character MUST have an outfit. I mean, every other does.
So why?!

Oh right, I didn't actually know about the new DLC when I posted, oops.

Having looked at the DLC, some I like, some I hate, and I'm not prepared to pay £30 for the full set right now. But yes, it's a shame that it's not all romanceable characters, just a selection.

I totally agree. Romancing Heidi for the housing perks and she needs a makeover. The dlc should be available to all characters and have the ability to mix/match, recolor, etc. And you should be able to take npc girlfriends into Pablos and give them a new haircut or something because Heidi's short hair is not my thing. Still, she has hugely practical perks at my stage of the game. My house sucks and this is something I usually put a lot of time into so dating her is a no brainer, at least for now.

"Why only these characters?"

The DLC outfits are based on the "fashion show" quest outfits. So they're only for the characters who helped out as models during the fashion show.

You're right, the new DLC is taking the easy way and selling us what had to be created for the story anyway. Personally, I currently have 5 DLCs, I will buy the next ones if there is a better choice. So I'm waiting for a specific work by the creators, such as new outfits for "Jasmine and the children", I know that sooner or later I will see such content, the only difference will be that I will either pay for the DLC or download the mod and send something to the Patron, let's not lie to ourselves about this In this type of game, costumes and decorations are a huge goldmine and many people will want to get this money before the creators.
