Automatic Staircase

Any chance we could get the option to disable this crap? When I extend my house, I don't want random stairs tossed in already decorated rooms. Every time this happens my chests and furniture and all things inside them keep being returned to me and I am sick to death of placing them down again. >.>

Especially the whole re-painting my chests. x.x

It's so annoying... They want to move a room and you immediately have stairs and doors where you don't want any. Personally, I find the whole building system a bit annoying or I don't get it. This running in and out while trying to build a second floor so that everything fits really cost me nerves. Or if you want to make a room smaller so that even the wall decoration disappears. I built a small hut at the other end of my property where my chests are so I don't have to sort everything again 🙄

It really is. I have been tempted to do that too, after having to repeat this whole reorganising over and over again. x.x

I had to expand my house for my slowly growing family. =w=

I can only recommend it to you. Putting the furniture back together It's not nearly as annoying as Re-sort the chests.
