Promise for a Rose bug?
I got the quest on day 2 of spring year 2. Went on a couple of dates with Amirah but the quest for the 4 dates wasn't filling up, I didn't get a letter the next day as stated on the wiki too. I ended the date after I used up all the energy, had +39 rating on both dates. Am I doing something wrong? (Amirah's hearts was maxed out before I got the fleeting youth tea party event)

I got mine in Winter Year 1. In my case, it was "play", not "date" and progressed just fine. I just didn't get the #1 workshop ticked, which is apparently an early access bug that is still around (Winter rating is ignored all winter, had to wait till end of Spring Year 2 for it to tick). She showed up the next day at my door with a quest flag.

I wonder if your relationship was too good or you were already dating her.

gdi yes, maxed out hearts was the problem. I gave her a dead branch then "hung out" with her once and the quest filled. Thanks for helping me figure out

Hitting that bug right now. Super sucks. I've gotten #1 workshop for 2 months straight since getting this quest & also just got workshop of the year & the quest still won't complete. :(
