Playing with "Love Interest"

Hello all i was wondering lets say that i do the love interest just for the quest and the i "brake her/his" hearth will this affect us much ? and just in case could we get back together at a later date ?

I dumped one character, but we just went to being friends again. Never actually tried to date them afterwards though. I think some can get together with you again, but I am not certain.

Thanks i was hoping on doing this to do some quests... anyone know if i can do the the "personal " quests of other people of towns w/o getting Married ?

There's a heart knot which usually opens up another romance quest. They also added a jealousy system. I haven't seen it yet as I wanted my first playthrough to get to know everyone and Fang was on the top of my list since early access. (I'm pretty monogamous in real life anyway.) No WAY I'm breaking his heart now... Just gave him a ring last night.
I might mess around more in my second playthrough. There's only about 3 others I want to see more of in the romance area though.

Oh, and I assume the branch breaks up with people you give the heart knot to as well?

Hey im asking specifically for Fang.. i really really wana see the interactions with his Family Member . so if i use the Heart Knot , i will get the Quest.. ? hopefully

I went for Fang in my second playthrough. I certainly won't be breaking his heart. He's been through enough.

You have to be married to him. I think the quest starts 2 weeks after the wedding, I'm not entirely sure and the quest "between the lines" must be completed. According to my observations, "between the lines" is only used after "sandrock strikes back" and the quest where you are supposed to meet Justice and Unsuur at the gorge at 10 p.m. must be finished, sorry I can't think of the name right now. I'm even of the opinion that you have to play to the extent that Larry runs around in the village [/spoiler]

There is a bug in the game that can destroy your entire quest "between the lines", I don't know if it has been fixed yet.
in Fang's clinic the barrel can be exchanged for the jacuzzi. If you build the Jacuzzi before the request, you can no longer complete the quest.
