Awards annual ceremony never showing up

It's been two years since I'm receving a letter telling me to be ready for the ceremony about the best builder of the year, and that I have the notification of the calendar too, but when I go to the commerce guild, nothing happened. Am I the only one with this problem? (sorry for the bad english)

Mmmh two years is too long. There is a short period of time where there is no guild president. There was no award ceremony at the EA during this time, although there was a letter about it if I remember correctly. If He's there in your game it's probably a bug?

Yes, I'm in this part of the story so I thought it was because of that, even if I still have received a letter from Yan telling me that the ceremony will happen. I will have to wait next year to see if it's still the case!

Normally you should have a yellow circle in Martle Square. Do you have any other main quest at all because He's part of the other Main Quests. But it could also be that two events should have been triggered at the same time, which happened to me once. The following happened to me Yan's successor arrived in Sandrock and we went to the prison at the same time but a conversation with Burgess and Miguel took place. I had to leave and re-enter the prison to trigger the story part again. The prison also had no markings because you are automatically taken there after you meet the successor.
