Invisible walls and inaccessible parts of the map
I'm pretty far into the story, yet there are still a lot of areas that are out of reach. will the whole map eventually be accessible, when you progress far enough?

Some new areas open up, but you'll still have empty spaces and invisible walls. I personally preferred the more densely packed enemy areas of Portia and the smaller map. Even on the Yakmel cart it can take up to an hour to get across the map. And so much is empty with really spaced out creatures and resources. I get it. it's a vast desert.. Still... :portiapoop:

Yeah. It would have been nice if they have used cliffs and rockfalls a bit more instead of invisible walls. I like to have visual markers to tell me where I can and can't explore.

The problem with using cliffs is that they can easily be climbed with mounts in non intended ways, just like in Portia.

I agree about the markers. There is one place, east I believe, where you can demolish the ruins of a house and it looks like you should be able to get to the other side with a bridge, but nah. Then theres one cliff in the south where you can build a little bridge (semi-transparent before you build it), that doesn't seem to do anything. Plus all the empty space in the desert, as TaylerBootz mentioned. Lots of weird design choices like that.

IF there is one place the bounderies need to be moved out 10 feet its the Eastern Rail Bridge. Sometimes you barely clip the railing and it throws you into the can't go that way teleport sequence.

If that is the one by the Ranch and the Moisture Farm; OCCASIONALLY a 15-20 Opal Node shows up.

There is a similar setup near the area that leads to the Bend that leads to a Birds nest that will OCCASIONALLY have lootables.

I wonder if the devs will add more. I remember reading about how Portia received more content, but I don't know for sure because I played that years after the full release.
