Can I change interior walls and floors? If so, how?

You need the Home Edit Kit sold at Construction Junction. Just Click it (on your home lot) and it will add to your action wheel (KB Tab or controller equivalent). You can use it outside or inside.

Inside there will be a Thing in your upper left. Click it and it should give you options for your walls, floors and ceiling (roof).
