Marry Pen (Spoilers)

Any chance they'll bring him back in like a future update or dlc so I can stay romanced to him? I know he's a war criminal and murderer but that don't make him a complete bad guy he's a soldier. I found the romance moments with him and his goodbye really sweet.

I laughed for a good few minutes, it was so out of nowhere yet so fitting. Had to explain the whole snow white but mouse plotline to a friend just so I could send her the screenshot of it!

I doubt they'll change it. Same with Portia. There was a romance-able character that just left you behind. Never saw him again. He was also a Duvos 'knight.' He at least left a cute bear and wasn't a complete ass though.

I was wondering what happened with the Pen romance and was going to try it myself, even tho I don't like him much. I thought he might not be so bad with romance. But if that is the ending, I won't bother. So you have saved me the trouble of that.

As for Pen himself. I wanted to be nice to him after he was jailed, but he remained completely without shame or conscience about everything bad he did. So I am fine not seeing him again.

he is sweet to you (in his own way) if you romance him even after the betrayal which made me like him even more

Everyone is saying Pen is a narcissist. HE'S a PSYCHOPATH! Comepletely different. He has no feelings, kills with no thought, and still thinks he is the best.

Oh yes, that is totally the bigger point I was making. Sure.... I never said he wasn't also a narcissist, but everyone is making it out like that is being so much worse than an actual psychopath.
The OP has serious issues. I know it's "just a game", but no way they aren't bringing some of their own ideas into their view of Pen. That's just freakin scary.

Girl.. the guy is a walking 🚩🚩🚩 Aside from all the other things that have been discussed here, do you really want a guy who cheated on you with who knows how many women? Where is this guy cute in his own way please? And yes, I experienced his romance because I read you get a blueprint as a reward. By God I should have let it go, it was so cringy. Even after the Goat quest there were no romantic words from him even though everyone thought we were dead.

I romanced Pen and I do agree that he can be sweet in his own way. And when he was in Jail, he did say that he never lied about liking you or sth. And he went to the trouble of sending you a letter. Someone said that it was a trap but honestly , I had no monsters at all. I liked him , even though he's all high and almighty. But the scene of him saying how delightful it was to kill Howlett to a slow death .... that was the cue that Pen was unredeemable and should remain in prison. No matter how sad it was when he looked back while he was taken away. Even going under strict prison when you had that cutscene about the news of Duvos.
And he also tried to kill , from a very high height, Logan... Not to mention he also blew up the church NOT by accident, killing Howlett in the process and framing Logan and Haru

So no, people saying they can fix him, something is seriously wrong ...whether they are pixel characters or not..
Ppl were crazy about Logan in the beginning, and a worker from Pathea that did some videos about Sandrock during early access, was concerned, I think, how we're "we can fix him" about a bandit. But Logan proved he did nothing wrong, so there was hope.

I'm a psychology major and you'd be surprised how often that "I can fix him" with prisoners happens. Thing is they can't, nobody can, not if the person doesn't want to change themselves just for the sake of it. And psychos rarely do.

He makes exceptionally clear that he doesn't want to.

It would do the game a dishonor to have Pen return.
