Andy Adoption

My builder married Logan but for some reason Andy isn't living with us. Is there anyway to fix this? I'm unsure if it's a bug or something.

Have you set up a bed for Andy and assigned him a sleeping place?

How do you assign him a sleeping place?

Click on the bed. I think it's a long E but it will tell you.

I'm playing the game on Steam Deck so i'm unsure what button that would be on the deck, I tried clicking but nothing showed up.

Hmm well you can move furniture right? If you 'mouse' over a bed you have 3 options. The first is "Sleep", the second is "Arrange Bed" and the third is "Pick up". Can you see those? You'll need the second option (if available).

I had to hold down the Y button but I just got the option to work, thanks for the help.

Oh, I thought they were adding adopting Andy later as people were asking for it. You can move him in?

I just married Logan, he mentioned getting Andy a bed so he could move in the next day, but I had already moved the original single bed into a room for him. Two mornings later he came downstairs from that room on wake up, I assume he slept there and I didn't have to assign him to the bed. I wonder if it auto-assigned him because the house only contained one double bed, which I had been sleeping in pre-marriage, and one single bed.

The morning after the proposal. We woke up the next day and he mentioned Andy would be moving in later that day and we'd need a bed for him. Remember, the 'marriage' is actually the moment either of you accepts a proposal, so you are instantly considered married.
