Ah yeah, they put some near the 3rd Abandoned Ruins. Hmm. Definately available before the Bend.
In the natural progression you will get alloy daggers before you get the Ability to Build Chromium. That's just the way it is and the way it has been since they gave us Valley of Whispers.
Its a valid complaint that the Chromium is locked out by the Main Quest.
Its kinda weird if thats the case. Chromium Pickhammers and Axes can be made far before that and the Chromium Weapons diagrams are purchasable around the same time. I mean if the Chromium Daggers are level 30 and Alloy are level 35. Then doesn't that just make Chromium useless? I feel like there has to be a source of these claws somewhere before you get alloy.
yeah you suppose to get chromium item first before alloy, those claw are from those rat thingy and they first come out when you do main quest.
Although as you mention, Alloy Daggers do become available very shortly after the Chromium ones do, so the only use for Chromium Daggers become as a gift (or a commission that Grace sometimes asks for on the Commission Board.)
