Stuck in the ruins

got down to level 11 but it seems a dead end and to make matter worse theres no exit at the entrance either so i have to just wait to pass out, is that normal?i follow the scanner til the bottom floor but then theres nowhere to go and the scanner marker to show where to go stays put

Hold tab and select exit.

Open the map (M) and press R. That should bring you outside the ruin.

The ruins don't go past level 11, that's the last one you can go into. To return, do what was told about, either one works. You can reset a level for 10 gols each time you made everything there is to do in there and need new relics or resources.
