Take a hint -- bugged or am I missing something?

I got this quest from Owen and agreed to do it.

The quest says "talk to grace with owen".

Owen is following me.

But when I talk to grace nothing happens....?

I've tried making sure Owen is right next to me/her and still nothing happens.

I don't get it.

Okay now it just won't let me talk to Grace at all. I get no interaction prompt for her. Moving this to bugs.

I struggled with this one as well. It turns out you need to enter the kitchen and it will trigger a cut scene. At least it did for me. Hopefully that will work for you as well.

Go to the kitchen because grace set the kitchen on fire! Owen needs you to Help talk to her about how much its all going to cost for repairs. Just go in the kitchen it should ticker the event !

Yes, it tuned out the solution was to go to the Blue Moon kitchen.

It's not a matter of it being bugged but more a matter of the quest description / instructions being unclear.

The quest objective is accurately marked on the map if you look for it there, which will correctly lead you to the kitchen.

However, if you just look at the description/instructions, it simply says "talk to grace", which is NOT what you're supposed to do. You're supposed to go to the kitchen. This makes the quest seem bugged.

They should revise the quest description.
