[Stairs] How do you change STAIRS position INSIDE the house?

I don't find any way to change the stairs position ... I tried the edit home in construction junction, but found nothing that can move stairs position ... also inside the house, I found nothing ...

anyone know hoe?

And just a warning, They are hard to target. You kind got to look down and Finagle it to get the Move - Destroy - Back thing to come up.

but I must delay my home renovation ... I run out of money after buying the home editing kit ....
