FAQs | Multiplayer Co-op Game Functions
Q1: What is the current state of the Co-op mode in Sandrock?
A: The Sandrock Multiplayer Co-op mode provides a sandbox-focused adventure for up to 4 players, encouraging collaboration in building and managing a shared workshop. Workshop level and reputation increases through commissions, Urban Planner projects, and Milestone rewards. Players can earn points by participating in various activities like building, fighting, dating, and playing minigames. These activities contribute to level-ups and the unlocking of additional gameplay options.

Q2 : How does saving and multiplayer progression function in Sandrock?
A: In multiplayer, there's no individual saving; all game data resides on the server, linked to your Steam or Epic account.

Q3: Can I join a town only with my friends?
A: Yes, you can. Make sure to click 'Private Town' when the owner creates the world. Once set to private, the town becomes exclusive access for invited friends.

Q4: What happens if the host relocates or if everyone is offline in a town?
A:
-If the host moves, the owner can assign the rights to a member; if not assigned, their admin rights transfer to the first team member who joined. To rejoin a room after relocation, an invite from the new owner is required.
-If the last player leaves, the town becomes a ghost town, erasing progress.
-Active towns with at least one player online keep the workshop and town time running; offline players receive rewards for shared tasks.
-Moving to a new town retains personal level, appearance, and skills. In offline towns, the workshop and town clock freeze until someone enters, restarting the process. Machines pause, and research times out during this period.
-And if offline for 60 consecutive days, your Builder will automatically be moved out of the current town.

Q5: Does Sandrock Multiplayer Co-op mode have achievements?
A: Yes, but Sandrock Multiplayer operates independently from platform achievements. It focuses solely on in-game accomplishments, known as Milestones, which unlock rewards upon completion.

Q6: What should I do if I get stuck in certain places in the game?
A: If you find yourself stuck somewhere, press 'ESC,' click 'Unstuck,' and you'll be back on track.

Q7: How can I report inappropriate behavior in Sandrock Multiplayer?
A: If you encounter someone behaving improperly or being rude, click on their in-game avatar and file a report. After a certain number of reports, a soft penalty is imposed on the reported individual. If the behavior persists, and the person receives more reports, the system will issue longer bans accordingly. The system operates on an escalating scale, with accumulating 5 bans in a day resulting in a 24-day chat "mute".

Q8: Is there a way to manage unwanted messages in specific channels?
A: Yes, there's a Blacklist function available. If you prefer not to see messages from a specific person, add to your blacklist;
To manage messages for the entire channel, uncheck the checkbox next to world/server/team messages in the side box. This allows you to customize which channels you want to join for chatting.

Multiplayer In-game features

Q1: How does workshop customization work in multiplayer mode?
A: Workshop customization in multiplayer mirrors the single-player mode, enabling collaborative building in a shared workshop with your team. This includes the Show Room system. However, it's essential to note that only one person can customize it at a time.

Q2: How can I locate resources in multiplayer?
A: Please keep in mind that the locations of resources from the single-player mode may vary in multiplayer. We encourage you to explore and make these findings on your own. Additionally, join our Discord community to engage in discussions and share your experiences with fellow players.
Tips: Read the item description carefully; the source information will provide clues to guide your exploration.

Q3: Are all dungeons accessible in Multiplayer mode, including Salvage Abandoned Ruins?
A: No, some dungeons, including the Salvage Abandoned Ruins, are not available in Multiplayer mode.
Q: What should I do if I can't enter a dungeon?
A: Exercise caution and collaborate with your team to identify and break through any blocks obstructing the entrance. For instance, 'The Breach' is the first mining dungeon, concealed behind giant rocks.

Q4: What role does the Urban Planner play in multiplayer progress, and how does it impact gameplay?
A: The Urban Planner is a key player in multiplayer progress, unlocking various new missions, buildings and even NPCs as you level it up. For example, advancing your Urban Planner level allows you to embark on missions with Heidi, ultimately leading to the construction of the Construction Junction. Additionally, as you enhance your town, new functions become available, such as the Stable, where you can add mounts.

Q5 Where to find fiber scraps?
A: Fiber scraps are scattered around the Salvage company nearby, waiting to be discovered from these scraps. Take a moment to read the item or mission description, guiding your path ahead, and savor the joy of exploration.

Q6. How to increase the player's stats?
A:Builders can boost stats through equipment, furniture, NPC relationships, knowledge upgrades, and food buffs.

Q7: How does the multiplayer inventory work in Sandrock?
A: The multiplayer mode features a shared/public inventory for the town's players, allowing them to craft multiple personal storages. The public inventory can be upgraded by submitting materials through its UI to increase available space.

Q8. Can we hug and kiss in multiplayer?
Players can still hug and kiss in multiplayer, but these actions require specific favorabilities and a certain relationship level.

Q9: How does the sleeping system work in Sandrock Multiplayer?
A: Let's break it down for you: the first time you sleep or nap (no matter morning or night) in a day gives your stamina a quick recharge, but subsequent ones become slower. The day resets at 7 am.
