Why do we still pose for photos like strangers when married?

I am married to Fang and when we pose for photos it is still the generic two "arm over shoulder" and just "stand next to each". It's really annoying. Portia had AMAZING post marriage and family photos. I thought with full release we would get some more depth with photo taking. Is it just like this with Fang or is it like this for everyone?

It's the same with Logan. I miss the group photos from portia on the event days, I always used them to decorate my house. My child is now a toddler and I can't take photos with him, only talk and give gifts.

Same! I had the walls up the stairway of my Portia house FILLED with photos of various friends, scenery, cute dates, and family photos with my husband and kids. It made everything seem more personalized. I was really really hoping this could be a feature in this game but I guess it's not going to be implemented. At least not now :/

Family life also feels like being a bad parent and stepmother The child can come along on dates, but apart from sitting at the table in the bluemoon, he cannot join in anywhere. During the gondola ride he is already on the other side, he's not allowed to take part in the sand race and he's not allowed to sit on the bench at the oasis. This makes me a bit depressed ...^^"

Damn! I'm currently pushing forward with my main save so that I can have a baby with Fang and see how it differs from Portia. Disappointing that they essentially are props from the sound of it?

I have to say I just expected more because the game itself is very lovingly designed, including the romance quests, but I'm personally disappointed with the children. My child wanders around the train station half the day *feels like a bad mother* The gender of the baby is apparently decided at the beginning of the pregnancy (just my guess) I loaded the day of birth 100 times to determine the gender like in portia but it was always the same. I had a save before pregnancy just to test. The pregnancy lasts 14 days... If you don't have the desired gender, go back before you talk to your partner about it. And the kid always looked like the builder No mix of both parents. I don't know yet if there is a family quest like in Portia. My child has only recently become a toddler.
