Rich pals, How are you guys making all your gols ?!
I have been playing since the beginning and have upgraded my lot a few times as well as have a pretty modest little one story house but have never had enough excess money to be super decked out with stuff. Like I want to have a house with lots of rooms and what not and to be able to max out my yard. Are you guys just pumping out commissions non stop? I pick up my 3 a day (I have a 5 star workshop) and complete them pretty fast for 1.5k on average but it seems like you guys are doing something else...

TELL ME YOUR SECRETS PLS :'(

Not really sure. I mean. Its just a general manner of playing.

Advertise in the paper for More Gol, More Rep. I'll take the experience if its a 3 fer, but I won't settle for exp. I want Gol or Rep (First month Priority only, then its secondary)

1. Perks. You need the social perks in the lower right to maximise each and every commision. Same day Deliviery (when possible). Higher Quality then requested.

2. Do the commisions that pay the most. Be sure to check the alternate Board (Food and Plant requests). Some of the Alt Board pay the most on a daily basis (Food items.) but you need to be able to make them.

3. Look for excess material (Things that just accumulate like plant fiber, stone and wood) and make stuff with them. Then sell it.

Most of the money I make is via the Commisions. It just accumulates. Its a play style. I ensure I have reserves and can deliver if not right away, within the day. It takes a while to get to that point. I am on day 23 or so of a new play and almost there at this point. Then you have to switch to machine upgrading and new materials and build a stock of them. All while fulfilling commissions.

It takes experience. I know my first few plays back in EA did not go well. I was stressed out before Summer was even done.

Edit: Forgot the Paper Advertisement.

Eventually you can plant Coffee and Chestnut trees. They produce year round and in abundance. Tea Leaves are also good as they (along side Coffee) are often on the second page of commissions and stack up quick. You can stockpile them and sell tons to the store inside the Commissions building for some Gols (I think it's the store with the most money too).

I made my money selling mounts. You need the stable and you must have completed Fang's quest where you are supposed to try his medicine on Wednesdays and Fridays. This unlocks Fang's special X in his shop or you can make it yourself in the mixer. This allows you to increase the quality of the mounts. On Sundays Coop gets new mounts, so you go to Coop first thing on Sunday morning and see what he has. If there are none of normal quality, reload the day. The normal ones cost around 5k depending on the market price. Interact with the mount and choose examine and then upgrade. Upgrading takes 6 days and if the mounts are rare in quality you can sell them for around 15k. The most I got was 17k. With a bit of luck Coop has 3 mounts of normal quality as I said just reload the day until he has what you want.

Sorry if something sounds strange, I'll use a translator...

Pretty much everything said by thateverybody - just keep playing. Do the commissions, and when you can expand that to doing 4 in a day do that. Take the commissions that pay the most. Have multiple machines and keep them working - you can turn free raw materials into items that sell for more. If you are going to use money to buy food for stamina, only do the specials available at the Blue Moon Cafe. You can do the specials twice in a day, good way to refill your stamina for a low cost early in the game.

Ihateeverybody covered it pretty well. I think the only thing I would add is to check everyone's relationship perks. Build up your relationships with the NPCs who will boost your income or cut your costs.
