SO I have gotten Owen pretty far up in relations but I have not yet had aby romance answers to him. Are there any? And the same with Justice

I'd actually like to know this too. He often comes to my house asking for hangouts (none of my other Buddies do which I find amusing) but I haven't had a chance to do any kind of romance for him. There are supposed to be new quests added for him how far into the game are they?

having same issue not had one flirt option or quest for either of them since owens friend showed up from lucien... kinda a bummer

You can provide a heartknot I believe to start a romantic relationship. I am not sure which of the Male characters have romance quests and when they are triggered

it seems to be Fang has a unique event with a heart knot, Unsuur has one where he reverse confesses but he uses wording like "best friend" in case you have to let him down, both Arvio and Qi both have them.

Unsuur's probably my favorite romance so far ngl

I eventually gave in and once we had the option to flirt in front of his friend I just gave Owen the heartknot and was done with it.

For Owen we have no answer with a heart displayed except when his friend arrives from Lucien, I think it's poor and the update to the final version hasn't changed a thing.

I had one cutscene with Ernest, but its story driven. I wish there where more with him

I gave Owen the heart knot and waited about 2 weeks, and I had a great quest with him, I have to admit that the devs pulled out all the stops. I won't say more to avoid spoilers.
But you have to give him the heart knot. It's a shame we haven't had other dialogues with him before that offered us an answer with a heart, but the developers have spoiled us with this quest that works on the basis of complete heart numbers and not on the progress of the main story.

When you hand him the heart knot it sort of makes sense. Apparently he has something of cold feet to get into a relationship with you until you start it yourself. The mystery quest hinted above is well worth it.

he doesntt confess, he straight to propose (in a quest after you confessed to him ofc). my character is married to owen because he caught me off guard i thought the quest is regular friendship quest.
