Tour de Rock not triggered ? Other thread dated 2022 says it will take place in 2 days, longstanding bug/overlapped event ?

In other thread it's said that it's probably an event that overlapped with other event that put decorations in the city. So it will be postponed. Others said it will take place in one or two days. In my game there is also another event so that's probably causing it.

In the video it's been superseded by the bonfire event. When it's the day that the sandrunning thing takes place, there will be the usual circle on the map showing something is happening over there. It will probably happen the next day in your game. There are several times in the game that if things aren't spaced just right, whatever the game considers to be the main event that day will take precedence over the side mission stuff. Particularly "holiday" type stuff.

Now the Tour De Rock grand opening event should be postponed due to a main story event and will happen a day or two later. If that hasn't happened yet, it will likely happen the next day. You'll get letters about the grand opening in that case.

Also, for the grand opening, you won't need to enter the sandrunning place, just go over towards the stand the builder made. You'll see it on the map. I only mentioned it because the person in the video kept going into the sandrunning area.
