Qi New Romance Events?

After the last update I decided to start a new save to romance Qi, because the update notes said they added new quests for him. But after hours and hours of gameplay, I can not figure out if there's actually any new romance events. I saw that they added a bunch for Logan, because that's well documented in the community, but I can't find a single person anywhere asking about the other romance quests supposedly added in Act 3, and I can't find a singular person who has triggered them. I'm begging for someone to tell me anything about the newly added romance quests for Qi, if they exist, how to trigger them, etc. I also saw they said they added new romance quest for others, but I can't find anyone talking about any of these quests, except for the newly added Logan ones. Is anyone else having any difficulty with the other romanceable characters that supposedly have new quests? I'm desperate for information lol!

I think Qi might have a confession mission now, I triggered a cute stargazing event with him, and there was a greyed out heart option that I think might be to confess to him (and wasn't available to me because I was already married by that point)

I've also seen gifs for teaching Qi how to dance, but I don't remember getting that one in particular

I don't know how to trigger either one of these, but I do know they exist, so be on the lookout

As for others, there was one for watching fireworks with Amirah, but it glitched and soft-locked my game halfway through so I had to force quit and reload and avoid triggering the mission lol so I couldn't say

I had the stargazing mission as well. It was really cute. I think I could have chosen the flirty option because I wasn't married yet, but Qi reminds me too much of Sheldon. Makes me want to drop kick him out the highest window in a very tall building. lol So anyway, I didn't pick that option. Teaching him to dance would probably be a really sweet scene. I'm guessing that's the "date" scene. The Amirah fireworks thing felt like Pablo and Heidi were trying to push us together and I wasn't going for that either. It was ok as a friend mission, but I already had designs on someone else. lol Your best bet to figure it out is just play through it and see how it goes. I'm sure it's sweet and cute, and probably a lot of fun.

I've had all of the aforementioned events and clicked all the heart options but they're not "romance events", ya know? Like nothing actually happens, and it's all friendly. I even gave him a heart knot in one save and got our relationship up really high and that didn't trigger anything either :( I've loaded a previous save before I gave the heart knot just in case there is something more...

With Amirah, during the firework mission if you chose the flirt option, you'll get a follow up mission and a special cutscene. I'm still trying to complete the said follow up mission so I can't say what'll come next.

With Qi, I had the stargazing mission and chosen all the flirt options but I didn't get any confession from him (not currently dating anyone) so I'm not very sure about that.

Well there goes that theory then lol, was the only intended gameplay reason I could think of for why some heart options were grayed out after marriage and some weren't

Wait, I thought the only charas who confess to you are Arvio and Unsurr, and everyone else will never confess to you? You have to heart knot the rest of them?

I had heard that there were more reverse confession and confession missions added, but could definitely be mistaken on that

Dunno if this helps any or if anyone even looks at this anymore, but in order to romance Qi, you need to do his Assistant quest first, which shows up earlier in the beginning of the game. There's a poster on the upper side of the research center, where the front doors are, not the back. You're supposed to check the poster, Qi's hiring for a new assistant. That would be your first flirt option. The second one doesn't show up till after the Shonash Canyon Bridge is built, and it's the Hand-Foot Coordination one, where he asks you to teach him how to dance, so he can piolet the Gungam robot better. That's the 2nd flirt option I think or the 2nd romance mission. That's when he gets lovestruck with you.

Afterwards, he goes to investigate what happened, by going to Fang's clinic, and researching why he got lovestruck. I think it takes.....2 days? Before he shows up in front of your workshop to confess to you.
