Needing help.. Act 3/Logan

Hi there! I have been playing. The last "letter" from Logan says that he needs to clean the house and then he can hang out. I've played an entire YEAR in game past this, and nothing's triggered. He won't hang out, we're BFFs, and I've also tried verifying game files. I know there is supposed to be some blue moon meeting but that's not happened, nor been suggested. I am so stuck and frustrated because I wanted to marry him. Any one have some advice? Am I missing a certain date/time?

So I've been visiting his house frequently to try and trigger something but it didn't work. He's just out cleaning around town

He won’t hang out with you, he’ll just walk around the city on the streets of revenge. For me, only progress in the plot moved this forward.

I've completed finished the plot though. Like my last quest was me choosing to release Miguel from jail.

What about the main one? A lot of things happen there after his release.

The Wei forward was my last main quest, it says none available in the "available quests"

Also Larry is still in the hospital bed. Not sure if one quest is just Stuc

Very old.
Because he didn’t lie there for very long, it was as if everything stopped in limbo.
Are there any exclamation marks on the map?

No sadly. No exclamation points

The same problem. Larry's at the clinic. The story quest, after the delivery of the frames, stopped. Logan wanders around the city. There are no markers. The last quest: Farewell to Grace and the release of Miguel.

Was there a quest with three whistles? Elsie gives it, the three of you (hero, Elsie, Logan) go to the cave, after which Larry comes to his senses.

This is my exact issue/spot too!

Replayed from the save where Grace leaves. There should be a cutscene where a giant worm appears in the tunnel and Elsie comes, this gives a quest with whistles. Did you have it?

I don’t have any quests with whistles. Do I need to go to a certain tunnel?
