Alert Icon Explanation

Been searching for something that explains all the different alert symbols. This one has me stumped.

It looks like a brush and dust. However, there is nothing around the machines to sweep or clean. I've tried repeatedly. I move the machines and it clears it for a bit, but then it comes back. What is this symbol?

That should be resolved by the feather duster.. make sure you see a blue highlight with the duster ready and hold until it sparkles. Otherwise bug report.

Thanks. Looks like a bug report because there's no blue highlights around any of these.

Have you tried re-loading the game? That's fixed a few UI issues for me.

I just pick the machine up and drop it again. Not a permanent fix but at least production time is not slowed anymore.

I still need to finish the sand section.

This may not be a bug per se, it can be Occlusion issues which your graphic settings might fix. I run into these regularly and have to do a quick-save then reload of that quicksave to resolve it.

Although I have just picked up a workstation to fix that specific problem, before I got a maid for my work benches.

That is the symbol that your machine needs dusted which doubles the time needed to create items. However, the current version has a bug where this pops up despite the machine being clean. Per the devs, you should pick it up and move it. I used to do this 2-3 times daily, but now it is only once per week or so.
