Is Alo a real NPC?

I married Catori, and from the way she talked I was hoping her son would move in with us :(

Since there is a similar case on Logan with Andy and people said that you will be able to adopt Andy somewhen after release, I would assume the same will be for Alo.
Apparently the Devs said something to that accord but don't quote me on that as I didn't read it for myself.

Just wait for 1.0 release, now theres alot of rushed placeholder content just to make quests work. I'm sure he'll be an npc like Andy, when they will introduce having children.

I mean, I kinda had to laugh when Catori actually asked Logan for parent advice and he was like "you seriously ask me?"
I think there will be lots of fun coming with children implementation.

I was a soulmate with Catori when I finished Catori World. Alo did indeed move into town at that point and even helped me propose to her in a very romantic way. Kind of a pity that this is near the end of the story as this is what pushed me to choose Catori over Heidi.

you can not be serious...I'm the highest level with her, I've finished all her quests, and we're MARRIED and I've seen no sign of this kid

Yeah, I feel for you, especially since he seems to be a nice kid so far. Have you completed the main mission for the theme park? Catori gave me a side mission afterwards that caused him to move to town. Eventually Alo gave me the side mission to propose to Catori. I don't see why the devs couldn't make him move to town then omit the proposal quest if you're already married to her.

Unfortunately, the proposal cutscene is still a work in progress and I was prompted to hit ESC to skip, which means I won't be able to view it later. So I guess I'm done until 1.0 at this point.
