Best way to fill stamina for the day other than eating at Blue Moon.
I can eat twice at once and it fills around 70 stam for cheap, easy and reliable daily extra stamina, but it doesnt seem to worth it visiting the same faraway dungeon for mat farming.

Is there another best method for refilling stamina ? If it's a food item, what's the best early game method ? I currently have Apprentice Cooking Station.

Go sand fishing as well as take out yakmel. Then make salted fish and jerky. That's my best way. You can also 'yoink' jerky off of Mi An and Yan's drying racks.

Seems like JERKY is cheapest, it is only putting down meat in the drying racks, no seasoning needed. And killing the nearby animals get faster and cheaper stamina wise, coz attack has gone up after some time.

And Sand Carp is just available because of byproduct when fishing Sandacuda.

Hmm, sandfishing can get 2 kinds of fish Sandacuda and Sand Carp.
Salted Fish = +18 stam = Salt (8 Gols) + 2-6 stamina (if lucky can catch multiple)
Dried Sandacuda = +36 stam = Soy Sauce (24Gols) + 2-6 stamina ((if lucky can catch multiple)

Or
Salted Fish => + 12~16 stam at the cost of 8 gols
Dried Sandacuda=> +30~34 stam at the cost of 24 gols.

Jerky needs meat which needs a few hits killing monster (dunno about the cost)

What's the max stamina pool ? Mine is still 456. Other than furnitures , what other stuffs add max stamina ?

These furnitures, does putting the same furniture still get the effect ?

Heat Medicine from the vending machines in the ruins is probably the best choice for refilling stamina, although it might not be the cheapest.

My current character has 462 max stamina right now. I think my strongest character has over 600. Furniture bonuses stack, as shown on your Home Assessment Board.

Heat medicine is by far the most gals-efficient way to restore stamina. Until you can get to the point when you can spend 150 gals for 100 stamina or 1000 gals for 100%, I'd recommend Fine Sandberry Zongzi (Steamer: ant honey + sandrice + meat + sandberry) as it restores 32 stamina and all ingredients can be gathered around your farm. You can then use your excess food as a loved gift for Trudy.

Max stamina is close to 700 right now that they added +20 max stamina perks for many characters who didn't have a perk before.

You can buy those 100% Stamina potions now in the resource mines. They were added with act 3. About 1000 gols or so.

There are also the salvaging operations that you pay for that will flood you with scavenge daily, that take no stamina.

But basically if you are diligent you just get to a point where you have plenty of everything and can sit back and fill those commissions easily without lifting a harvesting finger.

My post-endgame character just maxed out at 771 stamina, with all friendships maxed (so all the +20 stam perks), the best armor pieces all maxed to Lv65, surviving all of Cooper's rants (it's either 9 or 11 total stam points you can get this way), and a fully-loaded workshop with stamina-enhancing furniture and relics.

There may be something I'm missing that allows that number to go a bit higher, but 771 is my current "high score."

Previous to getting the proper stam regen items like Heart medicine, your best bet is blue moon. Also 70 stamina is lowballing it massively. If you spend enough gols you can easily refill 300+ stamina over two meals and its always worth it resource wise to do so.

Aha you're right, I was under the impression I could only order today special or manual and since it's cheaper I kinda got blinded by it, turns out I can order as many food and can refill 300 stam with maybe around 200 ish gols. Seems worth it if I do commissions regularly.

Imo they should allow temporary stamina bar from eating so we can spend all stam at once in one go.
