In the mission to build a water tower and plant trees in the outer desert. I talked to Zeke before I built the water tank and tower, so I got 50 biocrust and seeds. I then assembled the items, traveled to the desert and put in the water tower. Now I have a yellow circle *under* the tower with an exclamation mark (!) in it. Can't get to it, can't figure out what I'm supposed to do extra. And...I can't put down the biocrust and/or plant the seeds.

Anyone else at this point? Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Yesh...Brain fart. To plant the trees I had to go into planing mode. Duh.
