Also appearently Amirah and Alvio also knew the Portia Builder.

Even more! Mi-an complains that some builder from Portia wanted her to work for exposure. We all know who that one are. Also. Apparently things in Sandrock and Portia are happening simultaniously - after all you build same road from both ends.

Developers have stated that Sandrock's main story starts and ends a little before and after Portia's main story.
