Have you done Qi's quest for the telescope/start gazing relic parts? Once the relic pieces are fused together and you give it to Qi, the telescope will be installed on top of the research centre.

Actually two seperate relics. The first comes out of Eufola Salvage Abandoned Ruins and the 2nd Relic out of Gecko Station Abandoned Ruins (Relics thats the word, I keep calling them artifacts in other threads).

I found the failure. All Date Acticvities are visible as icons even night events at day. The Stargazing Icon only appears at night.
