having issues with last main quest!!

i got the note from Grace saying to meet at 24:00 but i cant?? it just says wait for news? is this normal? like do i have to wait for a bit or is there more quests that i need to complete first?

If you have trouble with one of those times quickly exit the area and enter again. The game doesn't seem to punish you for being some minutes late when it wants you to be somewhere on a given time.

I have an issue with this quest as well. I tried:
- Reloading to a save from before receiving Grace's note
- Crafting another anti-lock
- Waiting inside the Blue Moon until midnight and only exiting to the overworld after then
I have the Mirror, and Elsie is back. The "Fall from Grace" quest went into the "wait for news" stage immediately after I got it, twice in a row. I never get the "meet Grace at midnight" stage of the quest. I can't interact with the door, either; the wiki says I should get a "(It's a bit crowded right now... better to come back at night.)" message when I interact with it, but I don't even get a prompt. :(

Maybe it's notable, but Elsie comes home *after* I get the message from Grace - 2 days later. Could that be the problem?

having same issue, i slept for 3 days and never got past wait for news. i have the mirror working for me and elsie is back. i don't know what the issue is. i even waited till midnight at the seller door and it wouldn't give me the ability to click on anything so i think it bugged.

I assume its got something to do with just letting a ton of time pass

they've done that a lot with past story ones it can be weeks sometimes

but i have got it to trigger previously. then went back to a previous save so i could marry my LI. then i got the scene where you get grace note to meet at midnight but nothing. just says to wait for info which we got the info in the note. saying this did yours work after a time difference?

i did just have a patch download. could that have broken the game?
cuase it worked before this patch.

I waited till past 24 the first day natta, then just kept playing

Did you get the note from the developers about having to complete two other quests first before you can progress?

Yes you have to finish elsie's quest and the robot quest first before you can proceed with main story.

i did. elsie is back and to bot works for me. this all worked yesterday before the patch.

i believe the patch they just did broke it. cuase yesterday elsie came back after a major scene in the story ( for sure after the midnight quest) so it worked before. now its just not working at all. I would report it to the bug server

Yeah after a week the bird quest completed the day after the main quest completed

pretty much as per the quest details... worked exactly as described

it sounds like its probably the patch that broke it then, disappointing but hopefully there is a fix for it soon

You have to click (meaning E - as in activating) that door past midnight.

Simple as that.

Has anyone figured it out yet? I feel like I’m losing my mind. I’ve already given the lock to Grace, Elsie has returned and Rosy is working in my yard as some people have mentioned and I haven’t been able to trigger it. It’s been countless days and the blue area indicator hasn’t appeared again. It just says wait for news.
Any help would be great.
