Wedding did not happen

So I proposed to fang, I chose a wedding day. I go to sleep I get the message that fang does not have a bed and -5 relationship points, I tried assigning him a bed, I bought a double bed, but it shows "empty" on the assign place. I said that mb it will work after the wedding, I waited till the day chosen but nothing appeared.
I tried proposing again but it said that "relationship not deep enough"

Happened to somebody else?

I guess there is some confusion about marriages. I married Mi-An, and missed the ceremony for lack of attention spam. Also, received the -5 for the lack of a propper bed. So, I put one up, clicked to set her as the owner and, the next day, she was there sleeping.

If you are still married, take a look at your relationship tab, ou can go to the church and set a new ceremony. Just stay sure to be there next day.

Sandrock's weddings do not start automatically. You need to go to the temple, approach desk on the left and choose to start the ceremony. You can also reschedule it there. As for assigning the bed, you need to click on that "empty" circle and specifically assign Fang to it. Hope it helps!

You click and hold the E button on the double bed, 2 icons would show up i'm assuming since my builder isn't married yet ... and then click on the + icon then click on the npc's icon and it should be assigned as their spot.

Yes, I see it. Seems like you are married to him, but lost enough points to keep with the the whole marriage script going. You may want try to do interactions with him to gain points and see if it changes anything.

Seems like a bug and we can't do much about it (besides reporting) due to the fact that it is not the final version of this feature.

The painful route would be giving him the broken mirror and trying again from zero.

Idk if anyone has found a solution, or has confirmed this to be a bug. But I am also having a similar issue, where I can not start the wedding at all. I'll go to the temple on the day of the wedding but there is no option on the desk to start it.

The marriage has a bug, because I married Fang and he moved to my house and he is assigned to the double bed but after the update he only wakes up in bed and goes to the clinic and after 11pm he sleeps in his bed ( I stayed at the clinic waiting and confirmed) and he doesn't come home but when I wake up in the morning he wakes up in bed and goes to the clinic again. Before the update he came home when he went to the clinic and stayed at home sometimes, but now he just wakes up in bed and doesn't recognize the house as his.

I thought about divorce and starting all over again but they are reporting that the marriage option is not available to start in the church, so I think they have to fix the bug because this is definitely defective.
