Was There?
I know there was a the Sewing Machine, but all that did was upgrade lower level clothing Items to higher stats. There was a Weapon forge that did the same.
I don't recall anything allowing you to change colors but I don't think I played the Mason Update.
They certainly have a Furniture Feature where you can change patterns and colors but I don't know if they plan to implement something similar for clothing. I know people have mentioned and requested such a feature. Whether it will come to pass. I don't know.
We have the Refiner so Stats (not as important as Effects) can be improved up to a point and I personally have found that Clothing Equipment is less a factor than the Items placed on Workshop Lot for improvement of stats.
I mean at least after reaching mid game.
I would change the Saint's Headgear to look like the Bandanna
