Where's Macchiato?
Usually I found her in front of City Hall but since I got the quest with Banjo, she's not there anymore.
I wanted to get her as pet and call her Cappuccino :(

That said I don't know. A lot of things have gone missing since one of the more reset patches, pets, main quests related things, etc. So its hard to tell. I would keep looking around for her. Hopefully she appears.

Thankfully, it looks like it's not a bug. Just found her near the Mount store!
Maybe as the main story progresses, some characters change locations, I guess.
