Yeah, so once you have the ring and get up to Lover or Soulmate and you have your yard up to level 5, you can gift the wedding ring like a normal gift or you can take him on a date and go to the new proposal spot out behind Cooper's pastures. Make sure you have somewhere for him to sleep in your house before proposing because on accepting, he's pretty much going to move in right that instance

Then you set a date, you can set up for a wedding reception party through the buffet table and invite folks to that (or forgo it and just do the ceremony...there's not really much difference between a wedding party and a regular one except for the decorations). If you want to get the new wedding attire, you can buy it from the City Hall store (I don't know about the Kickstarter wedding outfits, those might just be mailed to you).

On the day of the wedding, you have to bring yourself to the church and go to the desk that's over at the back left of the sanctuary to start the service (I don't know if you have to bring Fang with you via a date or if he'll show up on his own, but I had done through starting a date first). You'll get the cutscene and you can go around and talk to everyone who showed up for your well-wishes (which you lose out on if you leave the church before talking to everyone after the ceremony as far as I know)

If you set up for a reception party, you would go do that like any other party, and if not...you have a new roommate, which is fun, and he can be dispatched to help with workshop tasks kinda similarly to the pets, and there are new marriage lines. And that's pretty much it :)

It's also worth noting that anyone above a certain friendship level will attend the wedding, so if you want the full wedding experience, it doesn't hurt to be popular in town. It adds to the emotional weight of the scene to have everyone in town there!
